What is DetailFlash?

DetailFlash is the app for auto detailers. Before every job, a 90-second walkaround locks in the vehicle’s starting condition with customer sign-off. After the job, a branded report shows what you did and a one-tap post turns every car into marketing. Built around the vehicle, not the invoice. When a car comes back, its history is waiting for you.

How much does it cost?

$29/month for the Pro plan. There’s a free tier with 5 posts/month and 3 inspections/month for trying it out, no card required.

Do I need to install anything?

No. DetailFlash runs in your mobile browser. You can also add it to your home screen as an app. It works like a native app on iPhone and Android without the app store.

What happens if I lose signal on a job?

Photos and data cache locally until you’re back online. The app is built for mobile detailers working out of trucks and vans.

Can my customers see the reports?

Yes. Every completed job produces a read-only link you can text or email to the customer. They see the before photos, the after photos, any damage you documented, and the services performed.

Is there a contract?

No contracts, cancel any time.
